ASTROMENTS terms of use — free beta Owner and contact ASTROMENTS is a project of Carlos Talavera Serradilla, an individual resident in Spain, with no incorporated company. Contact for support, privacy, deletion requests and incidents: hola@astroments.com. The beta is intended exclusively for people over 18. By accepting these terms you declare that you are over 18. Age is not verified through documentation. What the beta offers POLARIS helps analyse problems and develop improvements through conversations with artificial intelligence. ATLAS organises process knowledge. RETICULUM allows you to build and visualise end-to-end journeys, connections and variants. You can work on your own professional problems and processes, using fictional examples or anonymised information. You do not need to provide other people's personal data. Changing names is not sufficient anonymisation if people can still be identified. You interact with AI. Its responses may contain errors or omissions: review them and verify important information before acting. Decisions remain yours. Reviewing a summary does not confirm a phase; accepting an ATLAS proposal does not close a POLARIS phase either. The beta is not intended to make automated decisions about people with legal or comparable effects, and does not replace specialist professional advice. Free, Pro and limits The beta is free, with no payments, subscriptions, advertising or current monetisation. Accepting these terms does not authorise charges. Any future paid offer would require separate information and contracting. New accounts receive Free. Free allows use of POLARIS, ATLAS and RETICULUM without requesting an upgrade. Pro retains higher limits and is reserved for future advanced features; it is not granted automatically, and this change does not remove existing Pro rights. This does not constitute a permanent grant of Pro or indefinite availability. - Free: up to 3 POLARIS projects and 30 AI attempts per UTC day. - Pro: up to 30 POLARIS projects and 300 AI attempts per UTC day. Limits apply to the workspace. Rate, simultaneous-request and storage controls remain in place to protect the service. Reviews and detections that call AI also consume attempts; a failed attempt may count. Deleting a project does not reset daily usage. There is no guarantee that each attempt will produce a useful response. Access depends on the account being enabled and on security controls. Free does not remove blocks or allow access to other people's workspaces. New account creation is subject to registration availability during the beta. Permitted use and content You retain the rights you hold in your content. You permit the operations necessary to store it, process it through the providers listed in the privacy policy and return the requested results. You do not transfer ownership or grant a general exploitation or training licence. Do not enter passwords, keys, tokens or other secrets. Do not provide confidential business information or other people's personal data without appropriate authorisation and a sufficient legal basis to process them through ASTROMENTS and its providers. Internal authorisation from your organisation does not replace data protection obligations. Where use involves processing on behalf of an organisation, the roles must be determined and the appropriate data processing agreement concluded before using those data; these terms do not replace that agreement. During this beta, health data, genetic data, biometric identification data, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, sex life or sexual orientation, and data about criminal convictions or offences are excluded. Do not provide other particularly high-risk data, such as identity documents, private financial information or identifiable data about minors. Use only the information necessary. Do not impersonate others, attempt to circumvent limits, extract other people's data or interfere with service security. If you discover an incident, report it without sending secrets or unnecessary copies of personal information. Availability and liability The beta may experience interruptions, errors or changes. If your quota is exhausted, you must wait for it to renew. A general limit or AI provider incident may make the service temporarily unavailable even if you still have individual quota. An AI failure does not by itself mean your projects have been deleted. ASTROMENTS is responsible for the obligations applicable to its service and data processing, as controller or, where applicable, processor. Each provider is responsible for its own legal and contractual obligations in the services it provides. Outsourcing infrastructure does not exempt the owner from their obligations or mean that providers assume all liability. Uninterrupted availability, instant recovery or a particular professional outcome are not promised. These terms do not exclude liability for breaches attributable to the owner or limit users' non-waivable rights. Changes, restrictions and end of the beta ASTROMENTS may change, suspend or end the beta, providing advance notice where appropriate and reasonably possible. You may request recovery or deletion of your content in accordance with applicable rights and the service's actual capabilities. This does not guarantee recovery of content already deleted or indefinite continuation of the beta. Paid services will not be contracted through silence or continued use of the beta. An account may be restricted proportionately for breaches, abuse or security risks. The reason and how to request a review will be communicated unless doing so would compromise security or a legal obligation. If immediate action is necessary, information will be provided as soon as possible. Restriction does not automatically mean content deletion. Account closure and data You may request access to your content, available export or full account closure at hola@astroments.com. Requests and deletion are handled manually where necessary, with proportionate identity verification. A response will be provided without undue delay and, as a general rule, within one month; if a legal extension applies, its reasons will be communicated within that first month. Erasure will be handled under the applicable rules and the retention criteria in the privacy policy, without promising a uniform technical deadline or simultaneous deletion from all external copies and records. Deleting a project does not necessarily delete knowledge incorporated into ATLAS or RETICULUM. Archiving or unlinking is not deletion either: references and history may remain. Full account closure is handled according to the retention criteria and exceptions in the privacy policy. Law and acceptance Applicable Spanish law applies, without depriving you of mandatory protection or the courts competent under the law. Acceptance of these terms is contractual. The privacy policy explains processing and its legal bases; generic consent for all data use is not requested. Each approved version will be identified when published, and express acceptance will be requested where appropriate, without attributing it retroactively.
